Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth the rules and guidelines for using the Kuppio Order application and related services ("Service"). This AUP is part of and supplements our Terms of Service. All users must comply with this AUP when using the Service.

2. General Prohibitions

You shall not use the Service to:

• Engage in or facilitate any illegal activity
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse any person, including other users, restaurant staff, and delivery personnel
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Collect or harvest personal data of other users without their consent
• Engage in discriminatory conduct based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic

3. Order-Specific Prohibitions

In addition to the general prohibitions, the following activities are specifically prohibited when using Kuppio Order:

• Fraudulent orders: Placing orders with no intention to pay or receive them
• Reward system exploitation: Using multiple accounts, bots, or other schemes to fraudulently accumulate loyalty points or rewards
• Fake reviews: Submitting dishonest ratings or reviews, including reviews for orders not actually received, or coordinated review manipulation
• False delivery addresses: Providing intentionally incorrect or non-existent delivery addresses
• Payment fraud: Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods; initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes
• Order manipulation: Exploiting pricing errors, coupon codes, or promotional offers in bad faith
• Repeated no-shows: Consistently failing to be available for delivery or pickup without cancelling

4. System Abuse

You shall not:

• Overload, flood, or otherwise interfere with the Service's infrastructure
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access the Service
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service
• Interfere with other users' access to or enjoyment of the Service
• Attempt to decipher, decompile, or reverse-engineer any software components of the Service

5. Security

You shall not:

• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Service
• Access data or accounts not intended for you
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized persons to use your account
• Attempt to exploit any vulnerabilities in the Service; instead, report them to legal@kuppio.com

6. Content Standards

Any content you submit through the Service (including reviews, feedback, and profile information) must:

• Be truthful and not misleading
• Not contain profane, obscene, or offensive language
• Not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Not contain personal information of others without their consent
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us at legal@kuppio.com. Include as much detail as possible about the violation, including screenshots if available. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

8. Consequences of Violations

Violation of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion:

1. Warning: A formal notice of the violation and required corrective action.
2. Temporary Suspension: Temporary restriction of your access to the Service.
3. Permanent Termination: Permanent removal of your account and prohibition from the Service.
4. Legal Action: Pursuit of legal remedies, including reporting to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

The severity of the response will be proportional to the nature and severity of the violation. We reserve the right to take any combination of these actions and to skip steps where the violation is severe.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time. Changes will be posted within the App, and material changes will be communicated via notification or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified AUP.
